These are the signs your website needs a redesign
These are the problems teams most often bring to us when they ask for a redesign.
-
It's slow and bloated
Years of plugins and old code make pages slow to load and painful to work on.
-
Every change needs a developer
Small copy changes and new landing pages sit in a queue instead of going live.
-
The product has outgrown the site
Your product, your market or your brand has moved on, and the site still describes the old version.
-
One page has to do everything
A single page that worked early on leaves no room to explain products, use cases or proof.
-
Buyers can't find things
The structure grew by accident, so key information is hard to find.
-
The design is inconsistent
Pages built at different times by different people no longer look like the same company.

Upscope left a bloated WordPress site behind
- What they needed
- Their WordPress site was bloated, slow and hard to update, which caused friction for marketing and dev teams alike.
- What we did
- Redesigned and rebuilt the whole marketing site with the CEO and Head of Marketing, on a setup they could fully control.
- What changed
- A lightweight site that's easy to manage, deployed to their own server.
What we look after
A redesign shouldn't cost you the traffic you already have
Most of the risk in a redesign is in the move, so we plan for it from the start.
-
URLs that rank
We keep the URLs that rank, and set up 301 redirects for anything that has to move.
-
All of your content
Pages, posts and case studies move across, so nothing important is left behind.
-
New design system
Reusable sections mean new pages stay on brand long after launch.
-
A CMS your team can run
Your marketing team edits and publishes without waiting on a developer.
-
Speed
Static pages and compressed images, with speed checked as we build.
-
Search and AI basics
Clean sitemaps, structured data and pages ChatGPT and other AI tools can read.
Reef AI went from a single page to a full site
- What they needed
- A single-page site that once suited an early product had started limiting what they could say and how quickly they could publish.
- What we did
- Redesigned and rebuilt their site from the ground up as a branded, multi-page site on a new CMS.
- What changed
- Expanded product and service pages, and the internal team can publish without a developer.
How it works
Here's how a website redesign runs with us
We look at what's already working before changing anything.
-
Review the current site
We learn what's not working and find the pages and URLs worth protecting.
-
Homepage first
We design the homepage until the style and message feel right, and you sign it off.
-
Roll out and rebuild
The other pages follow the same system, and your content moves into the new CMS.
-
Launch with redirects in place
Redirects, sitemap and analytics are set up for launch, then we keep shipping changes.

Not sure yet? Questions about website redesigns
How much does a B2B SaaS website redesign cost?
A full site with us usually lands at £3,000 to £5,500, quoted up front. Smaller projects start at £1,500.
Will a redesign hurt our SEO?
It shouldn't, if the move is planned. We keep your ranking URLs in place, redirect anything that has to move, and check the sitemap and structured data before launch.
How long does a website redesign take?
It depends on the size of the site. We ran Candor Health's redesign as a six-week sprint before a major press release. Smaller sites can go faster and bigger ones can take longer, so we'll give you a view once we've seen yours.
Can you redesign just part of our site?
Yes. We've done single-page work too, such as Omedym's homepage redesign and ArborXR's landing pages.
Can you move us off WordPress?
Yes. We've moved Enablix, Keepme and Upscope off WordPress.
Can you work in more than one language?
Yes. We've built multi-language sites for BeringLab in English, Japanese and Chinese, and Add-On Products in English, Danish and German.
Can we try you first?
Yes. Your first 6 hours are free, so you can send us a real task and see the work before you commit.
